1. POOL & SPA: No glass near the pool or spillover spa. Children must be supervised at all times. Pool gate must remain closed and latched. No diving. 2. BOAT DOCK & LIFT: Use the 10,000 lb boat lift at your own risk. Do not exceed the weight capacity. Secure all lines properly. Report any dock damage immediately. Contact host for operational instructions before use. 3. NO SHOES INDOORS: Please remove shoes before entering the home to protect the flooring. 4. TRASH & RECYCLING: Take trash to the outdoor bins before checkout. Recycling goes in the blue bin. 5. KITCHEN: Please run the dishwasher before checkout. Do not leave dirty dishes in the sink. Clean the grill grate after each use. 6. THERMOSTAT: Please keep the A/C set no lower than 72°F to prevent system strain. 7. GARAGE: The attached garage is reserved for housekeeping and owner use only. Please park in the circular paver driveway. 8. EXTERIOR CAMERAS: A Ring doorbell camera is located at the front entrance and a security camera overlooks the dock area. No cameras are located inside the home. 9. NOISE: This is a quiet residential neighborhood. Please be respectful of neighbors, especially during quiet hours (10 PM – 8 AM). 10. CHECKOUT: Start a load of towels in the washer, take out all trash, load and run the dishwasher, and lock all doors.

SECURITY CAMERAS: For the safety and security of the property, the following exterior cameras are present: a Ring doorbell camera at the front entrance and an exterior security camera overlooking the dock area. No cameras are located inside the home. All cameras monitor exterior areas only. POOL & SPILLOVER SPA HEATING: The heated saltwater pool and spillover spa can be heated for an additional daily fee, highly recommended during winter months. Please request heating at least 48 hours prior to arrival so the water is perfectly warm when you step through the door. FAMILY FRIENDLY: Traveling with little ones? We provide a crib/pack-n-play and a high chair upon request to make packing lighter for parents. The bunk room is a hit with kids!
